1Up to two device replacements for all other accidental damage claims, and up to 2 device replacements for loss and theft claims, per 12 rolling months, from the date of the first replacement.
2Available only for certain devices. When and where repair service is available at an Assurant-authorized repair center, from the date of the first repair. Some devices are not eligible for back glass repair (e.g., iPhone 12, Samsung Flip, and Motorola RAZR). When repair service is not available, a replacement is available under Accidental Damage (All Other) for a $29 to $349 service fee, plus tax if applicable, depending on your device tier.
Protection plan terms and conditions and all related communications will be delivered by email/SMS with your consent. You may opt out at any time and request paper copies of these documents by calling 1-833-456-0146 Monday through Friday from 7:00 am – 12:00 am ET, Saturday from 9:00 am – 12:00 am ET, and Sunday 10:00 am – 8:00 pm ET.
