Once your claim is approved and your service fee has been paid, replacement devices will be shipped via next-business-day delivery, when available, at no additional cost. 

All device repairs and replacements will be with reconditioned parts and devices of like kind and quality. If reconditioned parts or devices aren’t available, then repairs and replacements will be with new parts and devices of like kind and quality.  Device color may vary depending on availability.

If you’re returning an Apple® device please refer to the Apple Device Owner's card, enclosed with your replacement device, for instructions on how to unlock your device, disconnect it from iCloud, and erase its content before returning it to us.

You can also track the claimed device to make sure we received it; just use the Track My Claim function in the Home page.

Yes, If you don’t return your damaged device to Assurant when requested, you’ll be charged a fee equal to the retail price of the replacement device plus applicable shipping costs. Please refer to your coverage documents for details.

If you misplaced the prepaid mailing label needed to return your damaged device, you can print a replacement mailing label following these three easy steps:

1. From the Homepage, start at the File, Continue or Track My Claim box. Enter your mobile number or serial number, complete the security check and click Submit. Once your number has been verified, click Track My Claim.
2. Enter your ZIP code and click Submit.
3. Click the My Return Instructions tab located at the top. Then click Return Receipt Label to download your label in PDF format

Once your claim has been approved, the claimed device becomes property of the company providing your coverage and must be returned to Assurant using the instructions provided. If you don’t return your damaged device to Assurant within 10 days from the date you receive your replacement, you’ll be charged a fee equal to the retail price of the replacement device plus applicable shipping costs. *Available for select smartphones only. Per any rolling 12-month period from the date of the first repair. When and where repair service is available. Some devices are not eligible for back glass repair. When repair is not available, a replacement is available under Accidental Damage (All Other) for a $29 to $349 service fee depending on your device tier.

It depends on your claim type. Approved claims for mechanical or electrical breakdown don’t have a service fee. However, if you have an approved claim for accidental damage, we’ll need to collect the applicable service fee by credit card or debit card.
