*Up to two front screen repairs or back glass repairs per 12 rolling months at an Assurant-authorized repair center, based on the covered device and when and where repair service is available. Otherwise, a replacement is available under Accidental Damage (All Other) for a $29 to $349 service fee depending on your device tier.
** Up to two device replacements per rolling 12 months for accidental damage claims. Device replacement will be a new or refurbished product of like kind and quality.
